What's involved
Relate relationship counselling training is administered by the Relate Institute based at Doncaster College (affiliated to the University of Hull).
To qualify for the course you will need to have studied an 'Introduction to Counselling' course and go through an interview process. You will also need a counselling placement, usually with a local Relate centre, before you can be accepted onto a training course.
