Payment
We ask everyone to pay a non refundable deposit in advance for appointments and the balance to be paid at the end of the counselling session (by cheque, postal order, cash or credit card).
Cancellations
It is important that you keep the appointments made for you; the time allocated to you each week is for you and you alone. The counsellor will have travelled to the centre especially to counsel you.
As we are unable to refill appointments cancelled at short notice, we have a cancellation charge.
Each centre has its own cancellation policy. Please check with your selected centre.
